4.1 We warrant that any services we provide to you will be performed in a good trade man like manner. You will have no claim with regard to Service which have been altered or in any way utilized by you. We will not in any circumstances be liable for any loss or damage caused by willingly or accidentally, negligent or improper use beyond our control
